Install Instructions
  1. Download the zip file and extract the files to a location of your choice on your computer.
  2. Set up Email and Blog accounts if you plan on using Scripto to email messages or to publish blogs.

Set Up Email Account
  1. On the Menu go to Edit -> Accounts... A dialog box will open that helps you Configure Accounts.
  2. Click on the Add button. Enter your email address into the dialog box that lets you Add Email Address. Click OK.
  3. Enter the User ID, SMTP Server, SMTP Port, and TLS(SSL) option. For Gmail, you can find the option here.
  4. Click Save.
  5. You can dismiss the Configure Accounts dialog by clicking on the default "X" close button on the top right corner.

Set Up Blog Account
  1. On the Menu go to Edit -> Accounts... A dialog box will open that helps you Configure Accounts.
  2. Click on the Blog Accounts tab.
  3. Click on the Add button. Enter your Blog URL into the dialog box that lets you Add Blog URL. Click OK.
  4. The Publishing API, Blog ID and Post URL will be automatically filled (Internet connection should be up). This may take a few seconds. If it does not fill automatically, let me know your blog URL.
  5. Enter the User ID.
  6. Click Save.
  7. You can dismiss the Configure Accounts dialog by clicking on the default "X" close button on the top right corner.

Selecting Languages
  • Use the drop down box on the left edge of the Toolbar to select and switch between languages.
  • If you don't find the language you need or you would like to download the latest language maps, click on More... in the drop down list. Within a few seconds a dialog will open showing all language maps available on the server. Select and download the maps you need.
  • If you modify any of the language maps and would like to see the latest changes while the application is still running, click on Reload... on the drop down list.
